Release the clips by gently pulling the bottom of the glove box housing (A) out, and disconnect the trunk lid opener main switch connector (B) and light bulb connector (C). See <a class="clsGraphicLink" onclick="return ajaxHrefModalImg(event,$(this))" href="#S12096905722006071300000">Fig. 1</a>. Remove the damper from the glove box, then let the glove box hang down. Detach the hook (A) of the glove box damper (B), and remove the glove box stop (C) on each side. REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

NOTE: Manufacturer's terminology for this filter is dust and pollen filter.

Removal & Installation

  1. On TL models, remove the glove box housing. Release the clips by gently pulling the bottom of the glove box housing (A) out, and disconnect the trunk lid opener main switch connector (B) and light bulb connector (C). See Fig. 1. Replace the four clips along the top edge of the glove box housing.

  2. On TSX models, open the glove box. Remove the damper from the glove box, then let the glove box hang down. Detach the hook (A) of the glove box damper (B), and remove the glove box stop (C) on each side. See Fig. 2.

  3. On both models, remove the dust and pollen filter assembly from the evaporator. See Fig. 3.

  4. Remove the filter (A) from the housing (B), and replace the filter. See Fig. 4.

  5. Install the filter in the reverse order of removal. Make sure that there is no air leaking out of the evaporator.
