1.On models equipped with tilt column, place steering wheel in full down position.
2.On models equipped with column shift, set parking brake, then position shift lever to lowest position.
3.On all models, unsnap right and left steering column mouldings by prying moulding notches.
4.Depress headlamp knob, then remove.
5.Remove remove two screws below right and left moulding.
6.Pull panel rearward to unsnap five clips, with two at steering column and three at top of panel.
7.Disconnect panel electrical connectors, then remove.
8.Remove four cluster attaching screws, Fig. 11.
9.Rotate bottom of cluster toward steering wheel.
10.on models equipped with automatic transmission, remove two attaching screws, then PRNDL cable from bottom of cluster.
11.On all models, disconnect cluster electrical connectors, then remove cluster.
